A symbiosis of art and technology. A showpiece project of private-public partnership. A masterpiece of acoustics. In 2002, architect Markus Pernthaler converted a production hall dating from the middle of the last century into an event hall which meets all acoustic requirements. The distinctive building made of glass, steel and concrete mainly serves as a venue for the major Styrian festivals Styriarte and "steirischer herbst", and brings a remarkable cultural touch into a traditional industrial quarter.
